With the great development of economic globlation and information technology in this century, as the main body of micro-economy, a enterprise is faced with more acute and more widely competitive. For the sake of breaking all the developmental "bottle-neck" , a enterprise could only process innovations to promote competitiveness. So enterprises' sustainable innovation (ESI) is a source for the enterprises to obtain sustaining competitiveness, an assurance to win the competition advantage and realize sustainable development.Since the reformation and being open to the outside world, in the lead of excellent entrepreneur, many State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) realize sustainable development through having implemented innovation projects continually. These enterprises have played an important part in the recent Chinese economy' s sustainable developing process. Relative theories became more and more mature. But the most researches were focused on the management on Single Innovative Project. Few was concentrated on the study of the forming elementary regular feature of ESI process, management on Multiple Innovative Projects cluster of the Same Kind in the ESI Process or management on Multiple Projects/Project Clusters of Multiple Kinds in the ESI Process.The studies on the Project Management in the ESI process are beneficial to the entrepreneurs and enterprises.The studies on the proje'ct tissue-types in the ESI process have many advantages. It will animate employee to do his best and do a good teamwork in a harmony and suitable tissue-type. Furthermore, the research on the force in the ESI process can teach the enterprise to start and maintain the force of ESI. The establishment of substantial and mental hortative mechanism will impel the ESI. On the grounds of above discuss, we decided to make systematically study of the forming elementary regular feature of ESI process and the project tissue-types in the ESI process.1. We exert many mature theories to study the forming elementaryregular feature of ESI process, and the impact and relationship of each element in the ESI process, Structural function etc.2. In the study of management on Single Innovative Project, we analysis the features, advantages, shortcomings and practicable situation of functional, weak matrix, balanced matrix, strong matrix and projective tissue-type by their turns. We try to find out the regulation.3. In the study of management on Multiple Innovative Projects cluster of the Same Kind in the EGSI Process, we arrange the organizational elements in according to the features of classification. It is the installation of organizational strategy and structure, the arrangement of team members, internal PM mode and Management of Information system.4. In the study of management on Multiple Projects/Project Clusters of Multiple Kinds in the ESI Process, we find out the best way to carry through the ESI process. Subsequence is important, we must establish the corporation culture of PM; All of the employee must take part in the process in the lead of excellent entrepreneur; dynamic systems thinking for the whole ESI process; advanced PM mode and excellent MIS.We exert systems theory to study forming elementary regular feature of ESI process and the project tissue-types in the ESI process.
