China's Rural Economy To Solve The Path Selection

China is an agriculturally big country with lots of farmers. Research on all China's important issues should be based on this fundamental national condition. If we do not deal with issues of countryside, agriculture and farmers appropriately, we will face difficulties in our modernization process.After we executing the policy of innovation and opening, there is a big progress in our countryside. But the issues of Countryside, Agriculture and Farmers are still one of the important elements, which influence our economy progress. The paper pay so much attention to the issues of farmers which are the core of issues of "Sannong"(that is Countryside, Agriculture and Farmers) that in the latter part, several suggestions to solve through the issues of "Sannong" can be proposed.The paper is consisted by three parts, with 30,000 words approximately.In the first part, the writer has made a survey of the existing defaults in our countryside, agriculture and farmers, indicated five aspects of phenomena of the issues of China's farmers. For example, farmers' income increasing slowly, unreasonable burden on farmers' becoming heavy and income out of agriculture consisting main part of farmers' gross, etc.In the second part, the writer has made a probe into the issues of "Sannong" and examined the causes which given rise to the issues of farmers. This part not only involves the inherent shortcomings in China's agriculture, but also analyses social causes. Meanwhile, the writer also pursues causes from a policy survey.The value of this paper lies mainly in the latest part in which the writer put forward several suggestions. In part III, the writer has proved that the question of "Sannong" can't be solved, if only limited in its own range, and proposed that the solution lies in urbanization.Concerning the reality and present conditions of "Sannong", the writer design three methods to release press of "Sannong" : (l)Innovate present household register system -and fasten urbanization by market; (2)Dev.elop middle-professional education system, help firstly the poor peasant to increase their gross; (3)Improve the existing manage system in countryside, lighten really the burden on farmers.
