Analysis Of The Construction Of The Government's Integrity

Government Integrity is one of the most important Integrity Phenomena which influences the construction of Citizen Integrity, Market Integrity and Democracy directly or indirectly when it runs through the whole interacting process between the people and the government. In all kinds of phenomena of ethic abnormality, lacking of Government Integrity would be the virus with the most brisance. Nowadays, we can see many government ethic abnormalities such as administrative disqualification; nonfeasance of the administrators; establishing policies at will etc., which effects the developments of economy and society severely. We must probe into the key reasons for the lacking of government integrity so that we can find out the way to treat it. There are many root causes for the administrative ethic abnormality which includes, the ineradicable influence of the tradition mode of administrative management; the dim attitude towards the behavior of integrity; the self-concern that hidden behind the administrative activities; the unfitness of the government integrity policies etc. At present, the constitution of government integrity is the prior topic when building up the system of social ethics. Government should commit itself to focus on the ethic construction as a model. The strategy includes: focus on the reformation of the organization, keep the consistency of the right, duty and benefit; set up policies to enhance the credit of government, to make the people who lack of integrity not worth the candle; strengthen the education of integrity for the government staffs; make integrity an environment, make the public opinion and media be the powerful weapon to defend the construction of government integrity.
