Government Crisis Management In The Harmonious Society

In period of social transition, domestic and international crisies which hinder building a well-off society in an all-round way take place frequently.In the face of various destabilizing factors, a new proposition of"construct the harmonious society of the socialist"is proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In it ,an important realization route is to strengthen government's crisis management. Most of past researches focus on improving measure on government crisis current situation only.
