The Study Of Existing Problem And Countermeasure To Government Crisis Management In China's Transition

It is admirable and marvelous that our state has attained distinguished achievements and great development since the reform and opening up in the world. From the 21st century, it is time including both opportunities and challenges. The global economic integration is inevitable development trend in today's world. On the one hand, it has brought a "turning point", on the other hand, has made governments in the world have to spend more and more energy to deal with various forms of "crisis." With the further transformation of our society and the deepening of economic reform, it has led a series of social problems, such as increase of unemployment, the widening of region income and the expansion of the gap between the rich and the poor. At the same time, the explosion of the worldwide financial crisis added the risks and difficulties in our economic and social development. These problems has made all kinds of social conflicts aggravating, and made the occurrence of social crisis unconventional in China which is one of the few countries suffered natural disasters severely. Based on the reference the maturity foreign experience about government crisis management, combined with our national conditions, closely connected with practice, to pose basic response of strengthening our government crisis management in detail ,such as the following five areas the building of laws and regulations, the completion of crisis management mechanism, the decline of the center of crisis management, the education project of a sense of crisis for the whole people, the summary of the crisis rehabilitation.
