Capital Of Hebei Province Workers Social Support, Psychological Well-being And Quality Of Life Relationship

Since the development of a society is started from the people's living condition and development and the degree of their satisfactory to the realization of these two aspects, to improve people's quality of life has become the ultimate goal and the highest principle for the development of a society. When the existence is realized, the society will divert its development to how to enhance people's quality of life and promote the people's development comprehensively. The worker is the main constructive strength for cities, the life condition and mental health of workers have important influence on the career of social democracy.Objective: The study investigated the quality of life, social support and psychological well-being of workers in three different supporting industries (pharmacy, weave, dress) of the capital of Hebei province. The author discussed the relationship among quality of life, social support and psychological well-being, the factors that impacted quality of life, and the model among social support, psychological well-being and quality of life.Methods: The study adopted the method of interview and questionnaire. "WHOQOL-BREF" ,"PSSS"and"Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale"were used , 620 workers were tested (270 males and 315 fmales) , who are from the pharmacy industry, the weave industry and the dress industry.The results:1 The workers of the capital of Hebei province are comparatively satisfied with the quality of life, but they are not satisfied with the income, the amusement and the traffic.2 The factors that have significant effect on quality of life include: the workers' industry, sex, age. income, marriage.3 As a whole, the workers of the capital of Hebei province have a higher social support. Family support has an important position in social support network.4 The workers' industry, sex, age and marriage have significant effect on their social support.5 . As a whole, the workers of the capital of Hebei province have a high level of psychological well-being.6 The workers' sex, age, income and marriage have significant effect on their psychological well-being.7, There are significant correlation among social support, psychological well-being and quality of life. Covariance structural model analysis reveals that psychological well-being is mediator between social support and quality of life, and simultaneously social support influences quality of life directly. And the model accepts the research suppose.
