| The subject of our country's social marketing economy which develops gradually healthily and perfectly, becomes more complex .We can often hear of the conception such as nongovernmental-operating economy and nongovernmental-operating enterprises in the economic life, which often also appear in the official documents. In some senses, which means that the nongovernmental -operating economy plays more and more roles in the national economy. Staticsticaly, the 99 percent of our country's enterprises is small and middle enterprises, otherwise, the small and middle enterprises is nongovernmental-operating enterprises in essence .The contribution of the nongovernmental-operating enterprises accounts for 55.6% to the promotion of the national economy.However, comparing to the prominent contribution of the nongovernmental-operating enterprises to the national economy, the nongovernmental-operating enterprises is confronting with the non-national treatment in financing ,taxing and entrance to the market. Meanwhile,as to nongovernmental-operating enterprises, there are many shortcomings in the structure of property rights and enterprise managements in itself. Comparing to the state-owned enterprise , the foreign-invested enterprise and the big-scale enterprise, the small and middle nongovernmental-operating enterprise faces more problem and diffculty because of the diffculty in the enterprise itself and the outing surroundings. herewith,the small and middle nongovernmental-operating enterprise is chose by this thesis, through the analyses of its diffculty which gets in its developing way, the author hope a fair competing surroundings be founded and the national economy can be developing healthily,continuously and harmonily.The thesis was divided into four chapter to express the author's opinion:In chapter l,the author purposed the defination of the small and middle nongovernmental-operating enterprise by analyzation the present opinions of schools. |
