Hearing System Perspective Of Social Justice Issues

In view of the fact that our country locates special historical development stage, the social fairness question has already been an urgent social question to overcome. This article takes the hearing system as the thinking angle to analyze the Chinese social fairness question and with implementation fair hearing system attempts to construct and promote social fairness.The text divides four parts. The contents include introduction and three main bodies.The first part is the introduction. Under the background that our country needs to overcome the social fair question in present stage urgently, the text proposes a new angle to study social fairness question, namely take the hearing system as the thinking angle to analyze social fairness question at present.The second part is theories about social fairness question and hearing system. It is divided three sections. First, on the base of fairness' concept, the text points out the value of researches on social fairness question and summarize present research situations. Second, the reasons for social fairness include the productive forces development condition, the system and the cultural three aspects. Then the text reviews the way of humans overcoming social fairness question. Finally, the text points out the value of hearing system as one of ways to overcome social fairness question. Therefore, we may consummate the present hearing system to promote social fairness' realization.In the third part, on the foundation of hearing system' development, the text points out the question of social fairness' realization, namely flawing fair idea, fair procedure and fair actual effect. This part lays the foundation for the following part.In the fourth part, under two suppositions premises of "imperfect complex person" and "limited rationality", the text suggests to construct and implement fair hearing system. Persisting the fair hearing principle, consummating fair hearing procedure, guarantying fairly listens to the confirmation are the intrinsic link requests.
