The thesis is on the basis of countryside inhabitants and the village cadres, who are the principal parts in election of village committee. By inquiring with papers, we can know the index of their cognition to the Village Committee Organization Law, the index of their identification to election and its result, the index of their expectancy for function of the superior authorities in election and the index of their concern for election, which go into the problems lying in the village committee electing in Xinyang. Then discuss and analyze them further, and put forward the countermeasures in order to improve the building of the villages' democracy.The thesis is divided into three chapters:The first chapter demonstrates the topics which will be discussed , revises the relative documents, and illustrates the train of thought and methods about the thesis.The second chapter concretely states the inquired information of the election of village committee in Xinyang, which is the specific case. This part mainly includes 3 principal parts and 4 indexes:The 3 principal parts are the village inhabitants the village cadres and the village inhabitants working away from their hometown ;The 4 indexes are the index of cognition to the Village Committee Law, the index of identification to election and its result, the index of expectancy for function of the superior authorities in electing and the indexof concern for election. The last section induces six inquired problems.The third chapter analyses the six problems from the inquiry conclusion further, and put forward some practicable countermeasures for certain.
