The 15th Conference of CPC established the basic principle of rule by law, and administration by law is the core of rule by law. The enforcement of administration is an important content of administration by law. The bureau of quality and technology supervisor is an important department of market economy supervising.As an important part of the administrative enforcement system, the enforcement of administrative law on quality and technology supervisor play an important role on ensuring oness of nation measure system,speeding technology progress,advancing product quality,protecting the legal rights of consumer and maintenancing economy orders.With the developing of the enforcement of administrative law on quality and technology supervisor,it's field is widening,it's power is extending, it's form is changing ,influence on market economy is increasing ,and there are many problems occurring in it.
