| With the development of China’s socialist market economy, the work of qualityand technical supervision, as an important part of the administrative supervision, hasbeen playing an increasingly prominent role in the economic life of the entire society.But in recent years, the frequent occurrence of problems in product quality and safetyhas led to the public’s questioning about the credibility of the quality supervision of lawenforcement. Sanlu milk powder incident in2008, Kumho Tire incident in2011, Fuk Hiincident in2014, etc. all these incidents have exposed the regulatory oversight ofproduct quality supervision departments. How to effectively improve the quality oftechnical administrative level of law enforcement supervision and protect consumersfrom fake and shoddy products has thus become an important issue that the variouslevels of governments and departments attach great importance to.Through an empirical analysis of the work done by Tinghu Quality and TechnicalSupervision of Administrative Law Enforcement, this essay has found that problems doexist in grass-roots quality supervision departments in such aspects as team building oflaw enforcement, legal construction, system construction of law enforcement, etc. Thenthe method of a comprehensive analysis is adopted to investigate the various reasons forthe problems in grass-roots quality and technical supervision of administrativeenforcement. On this basis, corresponding countermeasures are put forward, namely tostrengthen the team building of the quality and technical supervision of administrativelaw enforcement, to improve the legal construction of the quality and technicalsupervision of administrative law enforcement, to reform the enforcement system of quality and technical supervision of administrative law, to enhance the legal supervisionof quality and technical supervision, and to strengthen communication and publicity andcreate a favorable external environment for law enforcement. |
