Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Yuncheng Quality Supervision Of Administrative Law Enforcement

Quality is related to people's daily life,the survival and development of every enterprise,social stability and national image.As an important means to ensure quality and safety,administrative law enforcement of quality supervision departments has made great achievements in recent years,but there are still many problems.Major quality and safety accidents occur from time to time,leading to the credibility of quality supervision being questioned by the public to a certain extent.In recent years,the frequent problems of product quality in our country not only threaten public safety,but also have a great impact on the development of the industry and the credibility of the government.This paper starts with the current situation of quality supervision administrative law enforcement in Yuncheng City,summarizes the existing problems of quality supervision administrative law enforcement through in-depth theoretical research and case analysis,explores effective countermeasures to improve quality supervision administrative law enforcement,and promotes the effective development of supervision and management work.The framework of this study is as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the reasons for selecting the topic,the purpose of the research,further discusses the research background and significance of the paper,and according to the current situation of the research results collected at home and abroad,on this basis,puts forward the innovative points of this paper.By introducing the relevant theoretical basis of administrative law enforcement of quality and technology supervision.This paper elaborates the scope of responsibility,the basis of administrative law enforcement,the ways and functions of administrative law enforcement,and summarizes the basic theoretical contents used in this paper,such as the new public management theory,policy implementation theory and service-oriented government theory.Then it analyses the current situation and effect of Yuncheng quality supervision.Through practical cases,combined with years of first-line law enforcement experience,through investigation and research,the problems in the administrative law enforcement work of quality and technology supervision in Yuncheng City were excavated,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed.Through literature,case studies,interviews and questionnaires,the countermeasures are put forward: to improve the relevant law enforcement system;to improve the quality of administrative law enforcement personnel;to enrich all kinds of software and hardware;and to optimize the law enforcement environment.
