At present, the medical treatment problem is becoming increasingly serious in China. In the survey of financial justice of hygiene held by WHO and UN, China nearly lines up in the bottom of the world, and is recognized as one of the most unfair nations as to the financial support. It has formed a shadow to see doctor in the public's mind when they think about its difficulty and the high cost of seeing doctor, that is the phenomenon of scare of going to the hospital. That shows the general shortage of financial support of medical business, the lack of the administration and the disorder of the market. In order to resolve these problems, China has taken measures such as controlling the price of drugs, establishing the "proper price hospital" and practicing medical insurance system among the peasants etc. However, These measures appears to be of little effects. The problem of medical treatment still hinders Chinese social development, and even threats the social stability and restrains the economical growth.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of current condition of medical treatment market, this paper gains the following conclusions. In the macroscopic level, the main problems existing in the medical treatment market are the general shortage of total medical resources, the unbalance of distribution of medical resources, the narrow involvement of medical insurance, the deficiency of governmental support, and the public-spirited imperfection of medical organization. Meanwhile, from the point of the relationship between hospital and patient, the problems appear to be the excessive spatial difference of competitive capability among the subjects of medical treatment market, the monopolization of the medical skills and the power of prescription in the medical organization, which causes the inductive inquirement and bad...
