Officials Accountability System In The Process Of Political Civilization Studies

Political civilization and the accountability system of the government officials are greatly required by the modern society with the development of the democracy. There exists a certain relationship between political civilization and the accountability system of the government officials. This thesis aims to analyze the accountability system of the government officials by using the related theories of political civilization. And put the analysis in the whole process of the construction of our socialist political civilization.The whole thesis is divided into four parts: the first part expatiates on the related theories of the political civilization. In this part, the author firstly introduces the concepts of civilization and the political civilization, and analyzes the structure of political civilization and its dynamic characteristic and the rules of its development And then analyzes the basic characteristics of our socialist political civilization and the necessity of the construction of our socialist political civilization.The second part mainly expatiates on the connotation of the accountability system of the government officials. In this part, the author analyzes the theoretical and practicalfoundation of implementing the accountability system of the government officials and putsforward an appropriate connotation of the accountability system of the government officials.The third part focuses on the analysis of the accountability system of the government officials from a political civilization's point of view. In this part, the author analyzes the accountability system statically by using the political civilization theory. And then, illustrates their inner relationship, that is, the accountability system has the characteristics of the political civilization and it is the symbol of political civilization which shows its developmentThe fourth part also focuses on the analysis of the accountability system of the government officials by using the political civilization theory, but this time, the author analyzes it dynamically instead. The accountability system has its shortcomings and needs to improve just as well as the political civilization, In this part, the author illustrates the main problems and reasons of the accountability system in our country from the systematic and ideological aspects of the political civilization theory.
