Causes And Solutions To Lack Of Awareness Of Citizens To Help Police

When the police of people execute laws,they often demand the aid of people.But in reality,the situation is not perfect The people feel that it is becoming more and more difficult to gain the support and help of people.Meanwhile more events of attacking police happened than before.Consciousness is the interior momentum of one's action.All of social action is the results of choices that the public make consciously.The actions that the main body take are associated with the consciousness of them.The reason behind the phenomena is attributed to the lack of the consciousness of aidding the police.Practice shows that the lack of the consciousness of aidding the police is seriously harmful.This reality is disadvantage for dealing with infringement and crimes,maintaining social order and improving the environment of executing laws and regulations.Therefore,enhancing the consciousness of aidding the police is very important.This paper is going to analyze the reasons of the lack of the consciousness of aidding the police from three aspects.The author anatomizes the existing problem from the point of the public themselves in the chapter two.The conclusion is that the main hamper are the elements including the negative effect of traditional culture,the decreasing of social public motality and social responsibility origined from the opening up and reform,the anxiety of retaliation and life safety and the public mentality bias.The author discusses the crisis of the credit between the police and the public in chapter three.Trust each other is the basic precondition of social activities,and all the intercourse is built on the base of trusting each other to some extent.The author believes that there is so lack of the harmonious relation between the police and the public that it seems becoming a serious trust problem in terms of safety sense,executing laws,mentality and intercommunication.Seeking the reasons behind the distrust becomes the main target of this paper.There are many problems such as not craking...
