Research On The Security Of Police Officers At The Police Station

The on-site handling of police work at the police station of the police station is characterized by uncertainty,complexity and risk.The security of the police station on the scene of the police station has become the primary problem affecting the normal work of the grassroots civilian police.Based on his own experience of police,through the combination of theoretical research and actual cases,the author conducted an in-depth study on how to safely and effectively complete the on-site police task from the perspective of the police station at the grassroots level.This paper takes the security of the police station on the scene of the police station as the research object.Starting from the theoretical research on the police safety of the police station,combined with the three typical cases experienced in the author's work,it carefully summarizes the lessons and enlightenment in the case,and the safety of the police on the scene.The reasons for the formation are analyzed and considered.The reasons for the police safety problems at the scene of the police include the deterioration of the police environment,the lack of awareness of the police security,the poor quality of the police,and the imperfect protection mechanism of the police's law enforcement rights.This study puts forward corresponding countermeasures for police officers in the police station to ensure security,including strengthening law enforcement safety awareness,improving business ability and quality,strengthening police law enforcement,improving the police environment,and reshaping harmonious police-civilian relations.
