Peasants 'political Participation In The Context Of Villagers' Autonomy Sociological Research

This thesis combs and excavates the root of politrcal participation under illager autonomy, the existing problems of focus and the contributing factors based on the ide investigation and study of Liaocheng rural regions. It is written from the angel of sociology and by means of positive research Furthermore, it proposes some feasible suggestions.Research shows, the features of villager political participation in the background of villager autonomy are mainly as follows: 1)since the villager autonomy has been implemented, the consciousness of Villagers as the main participants and the consciousness of maintaining rights have been raised, the political participation has been developed and expanded; 2) villagers' institutional political participation has been restricted here and there, showing the shortage in width and depth;3)villagers' non-institutional political participation floods in, affecting the democratic process in rural regions adversely.The main factors which influence villager political participation are categorized in three aspects: 1) the factors of participants, including individual preference, political status, economic status, educational level and sexes.2) social realities. The participation system and mechanism is not sound, rural economy is under developed and rural society doesn' t developed maturely, all these factors limiting villager political participation^) cultural psychology factors, which are one of the main reasons that limit villager political participation.To solve these hot problems, the countermeasures are as follows: 1) improve villager autonomous system, widen the channels of villager political participation;2) make great effort to develop rural economy, which lays the material foundation for villager political;3)speed up the process of villager modern institution, weaken family power, which lays the social foundation for villager political participation;4)breed the villagers' consciousness of modern politics, and mature the psychology of villager political participation; 5)strengthen the guidance function of mass media in villager political participation.
