E-government Personalized Service Architecture Study

Along with the fast developing of the internet and information technology, more and more attention has been paid to e-government which is one of the most important regions in the information society. Improving the work efficiency inside government and providing more electronic service with high quality are main aims of e-government. Electronic service is the essence of e-government.Currently, the domestic e-government construction occupies a relative low level, the tradition"government oriented"thought continued in the website design and the service. For example, the government website construction only pays attention to the information issuance. The service mode was still the passive mode. These problems caused the government website only playing a role called"display window", has not formed interaction development mechanism between the government and public. The public can't feel the superiority of electronic service. At the same time, along with the development of e-government, the government website will provide more information, but speaking of the concrete public, his(her) demand is personalized, the public need a new service pattern, which will be able to organize and adjust the information and the service automatically according to his(her) own characteristic.Aiming at electronic service, this thesis researches on the personalized service in e-government system. Firstly, the thesis summarizes the connotation of e-government,discussing the four application patterns in e-government,analyzing current states and development tends in e-government,and also probing into the problems existing in current systems. Secondly, researches on the relative managing and technical foundation of personalized service, such as service government, custom relationship management, data mining, push, etc. Then the thesis put forward a personalized service framework based on data mining and other theories discussed before, and describing its main functions. In the end, the thesis described the prospects of personalized service in e-government.This thesis emphasizes on the public-oriented electronic service,which is a research hotspot for e-government at present. It has important theoretical significance and wide application foreground.
