Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Electronic Service Of Public Service In Anxiang County

With the development of the information age,the informatization construction and the application of information technology in various fields are becoming more and more popular,and people's life is becoming more and more inseparable from the development of the network.And in the electronic field,the development of e-government is one of the most importance to the content of the various countries,how to make use of electronic technology and methods for improving the quality and efficiency of public services has become the countries face the problem.In the nineteenth report,the Internet,Internet power and network security were mentioned in many places,and the construction of e-government was placed on the front line of the government's work in the new era.In the report,it is pointed out that in the new period of transition to service-oriented government,the electronic service of public service is particularly important.Based on the above reason and purpose,this paper mainly USES literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method,based on the conceptual model and logical model and physical model "the evolution of the context and the theoretical method to specification level,level" of the narrative framework,the research of government public service electronic basic concepts and main characteristics,the theoretical basis of government public service electronic were analyzed and summarized in this paper,and its basic characteristics,obtained the difference between the government's public service electronic and traditional public service;Then theoretical basis as the basis,according to current situation of anxiang public service for the construction of electronic government,analyses the problems existing in current electronic anxiang public service and the reasons,and for the planning of anxiang public service electronic government construction goal.This paper discusses the feasible solutions to promote its development,and hopes to make theoretical contribution to the electronic construction of public service of county-level governments at the method level.The author chooses the development of the electronic service of public service inanxiang county as the case to discuss the electronic service delivery of public service in the grass-roots government of China.The thesis is divided into five parts,the first part elaborates the relevant theories and relevant definitions of the government's electronic service electronic service.It mainly includes the definition and characteristics of public service,e-government and the electronic government service,as well as the connection and difference between e-government and the electronic service.The second part introduces the development of the electronic service of public service at home and abroad.The third part,mainly introduces anxiang county government public service the development of electronic and process,and through the survey questionnaire about the status quo of anxiang electronic public services are analyzed in the corresponding data.The fourth part,based on the above construction status and data analysis,puts forward the problems existing in the electronic construction of public service in anxiang county,and analyzes the corresponding reasons.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions and relevant countermeasures.
