Study The Problem Of The Chinese People Of Migrant Workers Under The Institutional Perspective

This article take the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory about constructing the Chinese characteristic socialism society and "The Three Represents" the important thought as instruction, take our country 's socialist politics economic reform and constructing the socialism harmonious society as the analysis background, take our country peasant laborer resident's system arrangement as the research object, through the collecting and analyzing massive materials and data, using system analysis method and the materialistic dialectics, from shallow to deep, this article expounded the peasant laborer resident's meaning, present situation and significance from the phenomenon to the essence, and analyzed our country peasant laborer resident existence system barrier and its influence which the resident creates for the peasant laborer separately from the household register system, the employment system, the educational system and the social security system four aspects, and replied the question initially of promoting the peasant laborer resident's system arrangement, and elaborated emphatically how to promote peasant laborer resident's level through consummating each system .
