Normative Ethics Of The Analytical Framework Of Public Policy And Applied Research,

Through the research on three kinds of theoretical framework of policy process, i.e., the comparative analysis of the stage inspiration, multi-origin and choosing a rational and systematic framework, I believe that all these three kinds of frameworks lack the concern about ethics. This does not only increase the shortcomings in these frameworks, but decreases the applicable value of them as well. However, through inspection of the shortcomings of the ethics studies in different frameworks and using the references of the relative methods in the theoretical studies, this essay has put forward a comprehensive idea on the framework about the problems of the ethics in public policies, which people discover in their research and inspection.Through reviewing the formation of ethnic in the social domain, the analysis of ethnic regulation, the filtration of political stream and the practice of policy stream, and influence and effect in the course of policy-making and practices, the author is planning to construct a general frame of ethnic regulation in the course of analyzing public policy. Through analyzing these four links, the author want to implement some consulting factors of excellent virtue(influencing parameters) and further investigate the practical effects of this frame with the illustration of the specific examples.
