China has 900 million peasants, which dominates three-fourths of the whole population. And the problem of peasants has been essential to China from the ancient time till now. The thesis considers the three problems can be summarized as only one problem-the damage to farmers' rights and benefit and how to protect these. The key of this problem is whether peasant's every right has got realized or not. The poverty of peasants is just the surface phenomena, the problem of peasants is rights and interests in essence from the sight of law. Others problem will be solved if we group the key of rights.Protecting peasants' rights and interests effectively is very important which we can conclude from our history. Rethinking the history of protecting the peasants, we could find the wrong idea of policies of our government and political party. And the systems of our society are so unjust to peasants that make them poverty of rights. In law society, we must protect peasants by law and chose the effective model of law. So the essay illustrates by the logic thinking of "who-what- why-how" from five parts:Firstly, we should realize that researching and solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasants should start with understanding the peasants. So the first part discusses the meaning of the peasants and their rights and interests.Protesting peasants' rights and interests is very important, but it's necessary to discuss how to protect them because it concerns that we protect then effectively or not.
