Study On The Construction Of Culture Of Rule Of Law In China's Rural Areas

In order to promote the modern transformation of rural society in China,the government timely puts forward the strategy of comprehensively implement rule of law and rural revitalization.Rural revitalization,which includes cultural revitalization,is an all-round revitalization focus on construction of culture of rule of law.It plays an important role in promoting and realizing rural modernization.As the chief component of comprehensively implement rule of law,the construction of the rule of law in rural areas is the fundamental way of ensuring good governance and civilization.The culture of rule of law which shows the spiritual style and cultural state of the society ruled by law is the cultural support of the construction of the society ruled by law.A good culture of rule of law is of great significance for maintaining and realizing the fairness and justice in rural society.Even though Chinese rural society has undergone profound changes in the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,and farmers' legal knowledge,awareness of rights and cultural quality have a significantly improved,we should be aware of the fact that in the vast rural areas,the construction of legal culture falls behind the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,and elements that are not in line with modern rule of law in traditional culture still exist and make effect in various ways.What's more,the imbalance of the cultural resources and development of the rule of law which is far from being able to meet the requirements of the modernization in rural areas.Therefore,We should grasp the general rule of the cultural construction of rule of law in rural areas and the reality of rural areas in China,fully depending on the peasants' subjectivity and creativity and exploring a way of Rural Rule of Law Culture Construction that accords with Chinese reality and peasants' wishes.Firstly,we should help peasants build up their faith in law and cultivate awareness of the rule of law to safeguard their own rights and interests through legal means and prevent abuse of public power.Secondly,during the process of promoting the cultural construction of rule of law in rural areas,we should follow the unification of all-round rule of law under the leadership of the Party and absorb the experience of other countries in the construction of rural legal culture according with the principle of localization of legal resources.Thirdly,we should start from the local historical experience,such as "Maple Bridge Experience",improving the agricultural legislation and cooperation mechanism step by step.Finally,we should establish and improve the scientific evaluation system and mechanism of the construction of rural legal culture in China.
