| This thesis has discussed the concept, characteristics, functions and prerequisite of Media Supervision, analyzed in the subjects, objects, rights and obligation of Media Supervision, introduced how foreign laws protect their Media Supervision, concluded why Chinese Media Supervision are facing such mental and operating barriers, and provided several resolutions in strengthening the Legal Protection of Media Supervision according to our native situations: build and improve the Media Legal System, putting forward the process of legislation of Chinese Freedom of Intelligence Act, recognize the difference between media ruled by the Party and media ruled by law, and lead the media industry to a full market-economy through legislation. Meanwhile, considering the probable abusing of Media Supervision, the thesis has also mentioned some legal restrictions for journalists and media organizations. |
