Analysis Of The International Women's Human Rights Protection And Barriers

Women's human right is a necessary part of universal human rights. Women's legal status reflects the country's civilization and progress. However , nearly in every country ,women are discriminated and mistreated both in law and in reality. So their human rights are often neglected .The United Nations has realized that depriving women's human rights can't reach equality of the society and it has made much progress in realizing their human rights . But for some reasons , there are still many difficulties to protect women's human rights. Their inferior status hasn't fundamentally changed.This thesis starts with the connotation of women's human rights , introduces its causing factors and movement, describes its contents and women's present situation, and mainly analyzes the development and the obstacles to protect women's human rights . Its main purpose is to help people diminish gender discrimination and protect women's human rights for the peace of the whole world.
