Protection On Chinese Women's Rights Under The Background Of The Globalization Of Human Rights

In recent years, human rights have become a hot issue. Both the domestic and international communities have a lot of discussion around the issue of human rights. Human rights protection in the international community is paid more and more attention, that is consistent with the human society towards a more civilized direction of the trend. With the development of the society, the human beings have entered into an era of globalization. The human rights have emerged the trend of globalization. The globalization of human rights has turned into reality. It produced far-reaching effects, and it means both opportunity and challenge for china.As a part of the human, women's living conditions and the level of quality affect directly the development of human society. Women's social status and legal status have been lower than men's until now, so the emphasis and attention on women's human rights are more important. Women's human rights are an influent concept in the modern society and a basic part of the human rights, the protection of women's human rights is one of the tasks of international law. However, because of the factors of historical, traditional, cultural, state situation and so on, the achievement of the women's human rights is treated unjustly in many fields. Women's human rights are not valued, violated and discriminated seriously until now. In the international law, as important pillar of protecting human rights, international human rights law has some problems in protecting women's human rights. Though United Nations established after World War II has made some results in maintaining the safety of human existence and defending the women's human rights, we still find some problems. Under the context of globalization on human rights protection,I will select the perspective of women's status and rights to do some analysis. I use of historical method, comparative method, combined with the international community both for the protection of human rights achievements, especially some minimum protection of human rights provisions about women, to examine the reality of our country, and strive to make some suggestions to improve the protection of the women's rights.There're four parts in this article.The first part discusses the development and influence of the globalization of human rights. The second part discusses the content of women's rights, the difference between women's human rights and women's rights, the content of women's rights, the development and meaning of women's rights.The third part introduces description and evaluation on women's rights and globalization of human rights protection system.The forth part puts forward specific ways in improving the protection of women's rights in China.
