| Nowadays, non-governmental organization is the third kind organization which is different from the government and the enterprise is independent existed in the citizen society. It is bringing more and more affections in the world field.Our country is a very big country in the developing countries in the world. We have long history culture. The nationality regions here are very peculiar fields which have especially significance to our countries' economic and social development. As an object which was priority supported and developed by our country, it is in a poor and falling behind circumstance today because of the history, geographical feature, humanity etc. and so many certain or uncertain factors. The speed of the development here can't keep abreast with rhythm of today's development on the average, the developing level is also falling behind the other relative developed region and the people living standard isn't very high either. So we must think of practical and effective measures to improve the nationality regions' current circumstance. Accelerate their economic and social development.Nowadays NGO is very active in the international fields. Its developing just as the bamboo shoots after a spring rain. It has replaced many governments and enterprises to a certain extent, taken over some regions which they had no time or no capability to attend . In one hand It is come into being the public spontaneously, resolves the down-to-earth difficulties which were met by the public, has a very strong pertinency and pragmatism ; In another hand it is often supported and helped by our country, they will use their resources much better to make them take best essential functions. Face to the special and complex problems which areexisted in the nationality regions. We should study the current situation and development of their NGO, to make them absorb new things, input the new thought, new methods and the new ideas. We should change them into ourselves. We can offer the thought basis and theory studying to make them become a member of the citizen society step-by-step and try our best to make the condition get improved.At present, our country's research to NGO is becoming more and more, academic also takes seriously care on it. But the research to NGO of the nationality regions is in a very vacant position to a great extent in our country now. Our nationality regions have a comparatively slowly speed, they are belong to a relatively poor and falling behind area. It demands us to adopt a series of effective measures to improve this condition conscientiously immediately at present. Studying the NGO of the nationality regions is a good and worthy way to resolve it. The main body of my issue is to discuss the NGO's present situation, facing-difficulties, initiation thinking and the future development route in nationality regions in our country. It will be tied with our national condition sufficiently, to give some proper suggestions and thinking to realize their all-round boom and economic growth. Let NGO produce a fully function, drive nationality regional economies, society's all-round development, to make contribution to structure the harmonious social and develop the new socialism national community. |
