On The Chinese Communist Democratic Concept And Orientation

The paper discuss the raise and the trend of the CPC's democratic governance concept。from foundation of the people's republic of china to today,the CPC has been exploring the new road of democracy and pursing the democracy。At the same time,the CPC insist on the democracy governance。This thesis can be divided into three sections—foreword and text。and the latter includes four chapters.Chapter I demonstrates the raising and exploring in practice of the new road of democracy ,including the way of the new road being raised , its value trend and practical exploration .ChapterⅡdiscusses the institutionalization and legalization of the party's democracy after China's reform and open up. And it raises ideological line of seeking truth from facts after the Cultural Revolution was over. And it points out that no socialism without socialist democracy.ChapterⅢdemonstrates the new development of the party's democratic governance concept since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Party Central Committee .in this period, the party raises the goal of governing the country by the law, socialist political civilization and respect and guarantee of the human's right under the concept of people's all-round development .and it is the first time that the party put forward democratic governance in the party's paper .The ways are discussed in ChapterⅣ,which the party should adopted and insist on ,including the harmonizing inside the party ,democratic centralism to promote the people's democracy .
