Socialism was accompanied by harmony at the first moment that it war born. In the first development stage of socialism, social harmony was already been advocated. From Fourier's Harmonious Institution and Saint-Simon's Industrial Theory, from Owen's experiments of Harmonious Society, to Weitling's masterpiece guarantee of harmony and freedom, the social ideality that utopian socialists pursuing is to realize social harmony throughout all the significant periods.Marxism's idealism of building up social harmony was rooted in, but more beneficial than utopian socialism. Generally speaking, building up socialistic harmonious society is to realize the social harmony in the areas above under the guidance of socialism.Social harmony is the essence attribute of Chinese special features socialism,the significant guarantee of national prosperity and rejuvenation, social harmony and people's well-being. Based on human society development rule, scientific socialism predicts the society in the future that everyone liberty and full–scale developed, which is highly harmonious. Our Party is practicing Marxism in China's actual conditions, deepens comprehension of the essence of socialism,builds up the practical ways to highly harmonious society in the future.
