Analysis Of Bilateral Contradictions In Contemporary Belarus And The United States

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, CIS has been drawing the attention from the US. In recent years US has been actively involved in the internal affairs of CIS by encouraging the "Color Revolution" in these countries, which aims at leading these countries to embrace the western system. The Belarus now is undertaking the "Democratization" initiated by the US. Therefore, the international community focuses on the US-Belarus tightly relationship.The paper mainly put emphasis on the disputes between the United States and Belarus. Analyzing the history of the development of two countries' relationship over the past 15 years, the writer tries to come to a conclusion. Furthermore, on the basis of above, the paper points out the factories affecting the bilateral relation, and also foreseeing the future tendency of their relationships.It's far from for them to improve bilateral relations unless the change of the super powers' stances as well as American policies towards Belarus.
