According to theinvestigation, the inflation of the county level government, it is necessaryand possible to strength the control of the county level governmentadministrative cost, on the base of constructing clean government andreforming the government function. The goal and principle are creeds ofmarket and clearness. The article proposing the specific advice containimprove the level of decision, reduce the cost and so on. By control ofadministrative cost, it can construct the economic government, put the limited fund to use in needing parts truly, and improve the county levelregion to be more harmonious.
