Study Of Public Policy Question Of Terminology

Based on the essential attribute of public policy and language, this thesis tries to find a new way to research public policy issues. Through the research of using public policy terms, the norm and times characteristics of public policy terms are revealed. On one hand, the thesis concludes the uniqueness and functions of public policy terms, observes the value of the public policy strict terms, inspects how the changes and developments of policy terms is reflected in public policy practice; on the other hand, from the point of view of public policy practice, the thesis discusses the influence of public policy terms on public policy, analyses how changes in policy terms improve public policy changes, reveals the transformation of a series of resolving ways in connection with common problem, behind the subtle changes in policy terms. The main hope is that through the contrast and study in the change of policy terms since Chinese reform and open, the reference can be provided for the practical issues of public policy.
