In the grim situation of COVID-19 outbreak,the Ministry of Education issued the secondary vocational schools,colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools,kindergartens and other delay notification of the start of the spring of 2020,and "Using the Internet Platform,classes suspended but learning continues" initiative,in order to response to the call of the Ministry of Education,minimize the negative consequences of the beginning of the delay time at various levels and of the nation's schools began to use the Internet to carry out online teaching,most of the secondary vocational school teachers also began to use live online courses,the recorded lesson,the resources on demand,such as various forms of online teaching activities.Online teaching is an informationized teaching mode produced with the development of the Internet.It comes into being after or can be said to be built on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.This online teaching mode is very different from our traditional offline teaching mode in many aspects.During the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,online teaching activities were carried out on a large scale across the country,which made the online teaching model highly promoted and valued.At present,the online teaching mode in China is in the primary stage of research,and the exploration of online teaching of legal courses in secondary vocational schools is even less.This new teaching mode poses new challenges to the development of teaching activities in secondary vocational schools.For online learning,it is worth thinking whether students can treat it seriously and whether the effect can reach or surpass the traditional teaching mode.That is to say,at present,the online teaching effect of law courses in secondary vocational schools remains to be studied.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to study the actual situation of online teaching of law courses in secondary vocational schools.This paper investigates the types of online teaching tools,the main functions of the teaching platform,and the satisfaction of teachers and students in the online teaching of law courses in secondary vocational schools,and evaluates the actual teaching effects of online teaching in secondary vocational schools,and find out the obvious problems existing in the online teaching of secondary vocational schools,and give corresponding concrete suggestions for improvement.The research of this subject mainly includes five parts.:The first part is the introduction,mainly including the background of topic selection,research significance and research status at home and abroad.The second part elaborates the concept of online teaching,the difference between online teaching and traditional teaching,as well as related theories of online teaching.The third part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the application of online teaching of law courses in secondary vocational schools in China from many perspectives.The fourth part expounds the online teaching approaches of law courses in secondary vocational schools in China,the types and characteristics of the tools used,and the existing problems.The fifth part is the improvement measures.According to the existing problems of online law classes in secondary vocational schools,several feasible suggestions are put forward.I hope the research of this topic can provide some ideas for promoting the improvement and development of online teaching mode of secondary vocational school law course,so that the online teaching mode of secondary vocational school law course can be more systematic and play the important value of online teaching mode.
