The Chinese government signs two international human rightsconventions at the end of 90's in 20 centuries, human rights problem atour country was subjected to unprecedented concern, the female'semployment power problem is an important contents of human rights。The establishment of female works rights protection system will resolvefemale employment the problem and provide long effect but stablesystem guarantee.The purpose of this thesis is to provide a useful way to establishsecurity system of women's right to be employed. The authordemonstrates needs to establish the system to protect women's right tobe employed, the rationale and contents that is included. What is newin this thesis is that if we want to establish an effective social securitymechanism of women's right to be employed, we should distributewomen's social responsibility and burden among the society, quickenthe steps to pass laws against discrimination in employment, learn fromforeign practice in women's employment, support the trainingorganizations of women's employment, enhance women's ability to getemployed, actively develop the consultative organizations, and letwomen receive convenient and effective public services, that is, tosolve the problem, of women's equal right to be employed through thestate legislation and the different systems.The full text is about 36,000 words and it is composed of four parts:The first part, entitled by fundamental theory regarding femalework rights, intends to seek for the theoretical support for the protectionof female work rights. "Employment" has particular academic value, sothere is necessity to see their academic value as the start point ofdiscussing the protection of female work right. An analysis of thepresent conditions of employment is the basis of establishing theprotection of female work rights. The second part, entitled by comparison of the foreign employmentof women legal system, introduces the employment of women legalsystem of several developed market economy countries. There are moreand soundly the female work legal system in Germany, Japan, theUnited States and Britain. But because of market economic mode andconcrete employment condition of dissimilarity, the policies of rightshave already laid emphasis on particular aspect.The third part of text concretely analyzes the shortage of existenceof existing labor law. On the entity, the current law exist a seriousproblem to the female. In procedure, there exist the problem ofstipulations of compulsory arbitration of labor disputes before the actionand the problem of local protectionism.The fourth part: the way to protect women's right to be employedand promote women's employment. First, we should pass laws andstipulations against discrimination in employment so that infringementon women's right to be employed can be kept within limits. Second, weshould make perfect the security system of birth, dismiss theapprehension of the enterprises to should the burden and extend it to the"four times protection" of women when conditions permit. Third, weshould try to eliminate the sex discrimination and realize the equalitybetween both men and women. Fourth, we should learn from.theadvanced experience of foreign countries, strengthen the trainingprogram on women's employment, decrease the pressure on.women'semployment and through efforts from different parts, solve femaleequal employment problems.
