The group of high quality officer is the key of buildinginformationized military and winning informationized war. This thesisresearches some problems about military graduate education with thesupport of civil university.In the first chapter, the author analyses the demand of militarymanpower configuration and ability in new military age. It summarizessome methods of optimize military configuration in foreign countries. Theauthor considers that there are three important abilities that high levelcomplexness officers must have. They are ability of learning, research andinnovation.The author summarizes four conceptions of education management inmilitary graduate education with the support of civil university. Theconception of complexness manpower points that we must reform ourcourse system. The conception of united training points that we must relycivil university to train high level officer. The conception of serving pointsthat we must follow the change of war form. The conception of halfmilitary management points that we must insist the character of PLA.This thesis reviews the advancement and shortage of officer graduateeducation in over 30 famous civil universities. These universities haveshaped some innovate education patterns basically. Their specialenvironment has improved officers' ability of innovation. The groups oftutors have enhanced officers' collaboration spirit. The strict training hasimproved training quality. However, there are some shortages in course,management and innovation.The author gives a case that Central South University cultivated thefirst block of officer Masters. The author summarizes the successfulexperience of this university.
