In order to meet the needs of the popularization of higher education and the increasinglysevere employment situation,the students who learn Ideological and Political Education Majorsnot only have a solid political and professional knowledge, but also have the ability to engage innon ideological and political education work,but many universities are still to foster the thoughtpolitics teacher as the goal.it’s very unfavorable for the students who learn Ideological andPolitical Education Majors,so a new kind of Training mode must be constructied as soon aspossible.Firstly,this artical makes the concept definition of the conception in this subject,andintroduces various specific factors.In this subject,the The talent cultivating pattern involvestraining objectives and specifications, the structure and content of curriculum, teaching contentand method and quality evaluation system.besides,it involves the employment guidance.Secondly,I find the problem in the ideological and political education of undergraduatetraining mode.The training target is general and single.Most of the target is teach politicsteachers in Middle Schools.the training specification is inappropriate.Compulsory course andelective course is proportion.The theoretical and practical classes combined machanical.The nonteacher education curriculum is only a form.The content of courses and the teaching method isvery very old and one-sided.It’s not scientific and comprehensive to evaluate students andteachers.Now,most of the universities can’t attach importance to the work of employmentguidance of Ideological and political professional students.In order to fundamentally solve the ideological and political professional undergraduatetraining model problems and promote the students a better talent,this study from the trainingobjectives and specifications,curriculum,teaching content and method,quality evaluationandemployment guidance in these areas were studied.Finally we put forward a set ofsolutions.Do change the single training target in the training objectives an specifications,accuratepositioning of training. Curriculum should optimize the curriculum,broaden the employment ofnormal students choose space.In the teaching contents and methods to improve the teachingcontent and methods,realization of theory teaching and practice in the quality evaluation,to theinclusion of non examination skills training,improve the quality evaluation system.Finally,payattention to talent guidance,targeted to carry out usefulguidance.
