With the rapid development of economy and society in China, more and more femaleemployers devoted themselves into the labor force, and the social status had been promoteddramatically. But, issues such as work-family conflict and female roles conflict which evenmake them into a dilemma still confused the career women.The study examined female employers may choose different time about when they shouldgo back to work after having a baby, and the distinction had a relation with what value theyhold. Female roles conflict theory, work and family conflict theory and career developmenttheory are all the basis of the issue, and SPSS, LISREL software had been utilized in thestudy for analyzing.As predicted, we found that female workers who hold the "focus on work value" may cameback to work earlier than others during their maternity leave, furthermore, female oneswho have the opinion focus on family almost continued their work career after the deadline.However, the female members who try to make a balance between work and family do nothave a clear view on when they should go back to work.Above all, suggestions and evaluation have been raised on the basis of the data andanalysis, and the author hope that all the conduction can have a positive effect on bothorganizations and employees.
