Evolution Of Human Capital And Social Hierarchy

Our country social structure has transformed from political stratum to economical stratum since the carrying of opening and reformation policy. People's income disparity has expanded day by day. Human capital is one form of the capital, the more and more important one kind of elements of income distribution. The human capital and other capitals are different, it attaches on person's body. We will obtain the human capital by the day after tomorrow diligence, which are very few through the possibility of intergeneration transmission. The human capital is the fairest competition rule in the open society. Thus we have to enhance the human capital storage of different social classes' members, which has great significance to improve society stratification structure.This article analyses the relations between the human capital and the society stratum structure through this conduction mechanism of income mobility, namely the human capital influences income mobility, income mobility influences society stratum structure. Thus we join the human capital and the social stratum structure,which is a innovation place of this paper. Economical scholars who researches human capital pay more attention to the relations between the human capital and the economy growth; the social scholars who investigates the social stratification pay attention to the influence of social stratum structure and social stability. A very few scholars see the two correlations between human capital and the social stratum structure. Not only the individual characteristics affect us to obtain the human capital, but also the social environments affect us to obtain the human capital, therefore this paper has expanded the human capital concept and introduced social capital to the analysis of the model of human capital.First this article theoretically analyzes the strong correlations between the human capital and the income mobility. The more human capital reserves, the more ability of gaining income, so that one self has stronger ability to change the conditions of income, we call this kind of ability "the ability of processing unbalanced conditions". Next we have analyzed the relations between the income mobility and the society stratum structure from the real diagnosis analysis. The process of our society unreasonable stratum structure is a process which the income fluidity has been dropping day by day. We analyze the reason of the drop in income fluidity and find that following the promotion of the education level, the income disparity is being bigger and bigger, which is not consistent with our general knowledge. We may draw the conclusion that the relations between the education and the un-equality of income are not definite. When education level of average per person is higher, education expansion will reduce un-equality of income; when education level of average per person is lower, education expansion will increase un-equality of income. The two concrete relations except with the education level of average per person are related to our country labor market conditions at present. Finally, we put forward the policy proposals to how to speeds up the income fluidity.In the research technique, we unify the theoretical analysis and the real diagnosis analysis. In theoretical analysis ,we utilize the OGM model to evolve how society stratification structure generated and how society stratification structure further intensified, In the real diagnosis analysis, we join the primary data with two applications data to produce massive charts,table and we use SPSS software to carry out the analysis of different variables. Simultaneously we utilize the method of system evolution to research into the vicissitudes of society stratification structure in different ages.
