The narcotics are human society's archenemies, which should be completely prohibited by whole human society under this common responsibility. At present, drug abstinence and rehabilitation is an important constituent among the work of suppressing drug, but now Kunming is facing with the barrier and the resistance in cut down drug relapse. The higher ratio of relapse makes drug addiction treatment centers, rehabilitators and their families depressed. Therefore, this thesis aims at studying the drug rehabilitator in drug addiction treatment centers and comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the present model of drug abstinence from the aspect of motivation to the drug rehabilitators. And this thesis also puts forward a new model that is in the form of relatively flexible rehabilitation by inspiring willingness of drug rehabilitators with the way of scientific analysis.The thesis comprises with 5 parts. First of all, in the part of literature summary introduce the drug abstinence strategies and social attitudes on drug taking from home and aboard to compare the economic difference between the strategy of drug supply control and that of drug demand control following with the analysis of three attitudes of society and respecting three models as well as analysis on the drug rehabilitators' psychology under those three models. Secondly author test the data of 889 feedback from1000 questionnaires with the software of SPSS11.0 used in the descriptive statistics, the T-test, the variance analysis, the relevant research and carry on the confirm on the model of demand-oriented rehabilitation with drug rehabilitators' willingness. Finally, the author researches the advantages of the model of demand-oriented rehabilitation with drug rehabilitators' willingness and managing method of this model on the basis of the above studies and analysis.The thesis finds: (1) in the different models, there are the significant differences between drug rehabilitators and normal persons in psychological condition factors like self-esteem grading, life degree of satisfaction and A index, which shows drug rehabilitator in lower level in above factors.(2) in the different models, there are the significant differences among rehabilitators with self-willing and those by forces and those in Labor Reeducation Institute in self-respect grading, which shows rehabilitators with self-willing in higher level. (3) most of drug rehabilitators think that psychological correction and return to the society are two key barriers for them and they believe self-willing on abstinence will be helpful and useful.Though study, the author thinks that the barriers to the successful rehabilitation are wrong understanding of the issues, unclear targets, management. So, to optimize the model and explore the new model of demand-oriented rehabilitation with drug rehabilitators' willingness is the purpose of this thesis.
