Social Autonomy

Chinese constitutionism social base facing the mainest obstacle is the country and society as a whole and expansion of country's authority space. Clearing the country and society's boundary , developing the society autonomous rule, forming " country——society——personal" olive style social structure , is able to protect personal rights and restrict country's authority. This article take society exercises autonomy as centre , expect to structure society autonomous rule system having Chinese characteristics , reach the country , society and personal balanced development by investigation and discussion to society autonomous rule and constitutional practice.The article is divided into three parts, Part I has emphasized the basic theory of society autonomous rule having discussed , the part introduced connotation and theory source, analysed the inherent value basis and the close relationship with the constitutionism, and has a superficial study on the basis for society autonomy character problem. Part II has summarized our country present situation about society autonomous rule, relevance legislation abuse and the legislation request. In Part III ,I studied society autonomous rule regulation , society autonomy legislation, the inner and outside risk control about the society autonomous organizes ,and a channel to get help from outside.
