Study Of A Construction State-owned Migrant Workers Working Pressure Of Hebei Province

As the economic development, lots of fields full with pressure, everyone will face a variety of pressures. China joined the WTO and then facing the arrival of the Olympic Games in 2008, all walks of life should continue to experience the challenges and temper, and with the development of the construction industry as well as the construction of various charged with the heavy responsibility of stadiums, the peasant workers in construction industry feel more pressure than the other industry of the peasant workers. Peasant workers working and living conditions are worrisome. In this paper, it is necessary to study in today's environment of peasant workers in the construction industry are facing the pressure of the problem. Through the literature review identify the pressure model, according to the selected Robbins model developed pressure questionnaire, survey of the peasant workers work stressors,stress response and pressure performance coping style, the survey was mainly targeted at the building of a state-owned enterprise from Hebei peasant workers, the situation in this company can extended to the whole industry. The questionnaire analysis 10 work stressors and the industry peasant workers'job satisfaction and life satisfaction on the regression of these work stressors, we can see that each factor on the work and life satisfaction degree of impact. In this paper, the main reasons for the status, that is urban-rural dual system, the relevant legal regulations and policies and so on, and we decide to put forward some recommendations to improve peasant workers work pressure.
