Research On Work Pressure Of Grass Roots Tax Cadres In M District Tax Bureau Of Yichun City

In the new era,with the change of tax environment and deepening reform of tax system,the work pace of tax grassroots is quickening increasingly,especially for grassroots tax cadres who are at the frontier of tax service.They are not only the main bridge connecting tax payers and tax bureaus,but also a key window to showcase the image of tax authorities.Facing the tremendous internal and external stress,grassroots cadres’ pressure issue is increasingly common.This paper has divided tax grassroots cadres’ pressure into ‘organization factor’,‘environment factor’ and ‘individual factor’,three categories and 31 indicators in the formal questionnaire which is based on the interview with tax grassroots cadres in District M tax bureaus of Yichun City combining with characteristics of their work stress and has introduced Robbins pressure model.This paper got the raw data from the questionnaire survey for tax grassroots cadres of M district tax bureau,then used factor analysis method to build pressure source dimension system,and concluded five renamed dimensions of influence factors which often causes grassroots cadres’ work stress in M district tax bureau,so that their work stress status can be illustrated.This paper further puts forward countermeasures of how to reduce and alleviate grassroots cadres’ work pressure of District M tax bureaus from five aspects which are ‘highly matching between people and organization’,‘meeting basic needs and individual development’,‘law enforcement evaluation system’,‘building characteristic tax culture and strengthening the management of work stress’ respectively.
