Environmental Administrative Enforcement Mechanism Is A Comparative Study

In today's high-speed economic development, the riser demand for energy, the problem of environment is more seriously, on the one hand is the high energy consumption, high emission industries to bring heavy pressure on the environment, on the other hand is ours' the system of environmental administration have lots of inadequate. As a result China's implementation of the environment can't deal with challenges of problems. Fortunately we can make use of the rule of law to balance the scale of between development and protection. So we can use of environmental in the future.We believe that institutional mechanisms include institutional mechanisms and systems form a combination of two parts. In the ideal state, if environmental problems come, all of the resources, manpower, capitals and so on can solution it. That is to say the mechanism of environmental law like machine, it will produce a product if you give it raw material.This article analyzing and comparing the Sino-US, Sino-Japanese environmental law mechanism, and we can learn from this experiences and use of the experience of to reform our's. This artilcle is made of four parts, one thought analyzing mechanism and environment of mechanism got the enforcement mechanism's mean, we can know that institutional mechanisms include institutional mechanisms and systems form a combination of two parts.
