In this paper, the civic and moral education as the breakthrough point, throughthe comparison, the foreign citizenship and moral education of China and represent-tative of the people, from short board, found in the civic and moral education contentin China, and analyze the reasons, put forward the suggestions, in order to betterpromote the quality of our citizens. Improve, enhance the moral quality and putsforward some tentative counter measures, to contribute to the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation, this paper mainly from the following four parts:The first part, the citizen moral education analysis, there lay a good foundationfor a good definition to the research work, based on a brief analysis of civic moraleducation history of our citizens on the content of moral education, from thevertical to do a sort of citizen moral education in our country, laid the groundwork forthe study of this paper.The second part, this chapter begins from the comparative study, to ourcountry and foreign citizen moral education content of the analysis, first introduc-ed from the west to the East, after the citizen moral education content presentsituation, from America, Europe to Asia each representative of the nation, mainly an-alyzing the concrete content of moral education in China citizens, the details alsomade the explanation, formed a contrast, as differences better introduce analysisfoundation.The third part, through elaborate before, through detailed comparison, based onthat China citizen moral education content strengths, weaknesses mainly presented inthe difference between Chinese and foreign citizen moral education content in our ci-tizen moral education content, whether from the diversity, timeliness or affinity andawareness, our civic and moral education content have bigger promotion space. Ofcourse, this difference is the reason behind the profound, begin from the root of theproblem, problem, according to the contents of our citizen moral education to raiseawareness, clear, face the difficulty, and solve it.The fourth part, analysis of the difference between the purpose is to reduce thegap, learning foreign advanced experience, lessons learned, development of ourcountry has been dominant, correct recognizing the importance of reform the contentof moral education of citizens, in the author in this chapter puts forward several im-provement suggestions of civic and moral education content, from the shallower tothe deeper, from the outside to the inside finally, the suggestions, and the surface to promote the development of civic and moral education.
