He had realized the key to the agriculture's development lied in the workers'quality enhancement and their status change. In order to improve the farmer's surviving conditions, Sun yat-sen proposed the thought of education promoting agriculture were the farmers'vocational education and the elementary education. In order to fundamentally liberate the farmers, he had not only mobilized the farmers to join the revolution, but also summoned the farmers to unite and organize the revolutionary armed forces such as peasants'association and peasants'self-protect army to improve own political status, so he had completed a democratic revolutionist's change which was from despising peasants to emphasizing peasants, from misunderstanding to harmonizing. As to provide outside environment for the agriculture's development and the farmers'revolution,Sun yat-sen had brought out his rural areas reconstruction thoughts. His village autonomy thoughts and village spiritual civilization reconstruction thoughts had progressed.Sun yat-sen's thoughts of the agriculture, rural areas and peasants had the times character, and it had melt many characters in a whole body, such as agriculture legalization, government lead, knowledge. Compared with other economists in the same time, Sun's thought was very special. His thought had very brightly systematic characteristic and integrity.
