Agriculture,rural areas and peasants,for our traditional agricultural country,is always the first important problem.New peasants as one of the focus of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and peasants in our country,is not only the main body of the new rural reconstruction of socialism,but also inseparable from the agricultural modernization.The development of new peasants can organically combine the agricultural modernization and the modern socialist countryside program into a whole to provide a feasible solution for the three rural issues.At present,our peasants are in the transition period from traditional peasants to new peasants.There is a series of contradictions and problems in the construction of legal system,the social market environment and the peasants' their own,which directly affect the transition and development of our peasants,and affects the way out of the three rural issues.Therefore,the study and analysis of the training and development of new peasants area is one strategic project for agriculture and rural construction.It is a fundamental task related to the national interest and people's livelihood.Based on the theories of peasants' interests in Marxism and theory of subjectivity in Marxism,guided by the latest research results of the problems of peasants in sinicization of Marxism,this paper firstly defines the concept of new peasants and analyzes the differences between the new peasants and the traditional peasants,and analyzes different kinds of peasants,respectively.Then,I analyzes the problems faced by new peasants in the Dong Gang District of Ri Zhao City.Finally,I puts forward some measures and suggestions on the development of new peasants in China.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter starts from the new challenges of the three rural issues in the process of urbanization and modernization in China,expounds the research significance and background,and comprehensively illustrates the research results and practice experience of the training and development of peasants both in the domestic and overseas.The second chapter starts from the relationship between the peasants and the land system in China,discusses the theoretical basis of new Chinese peasants and the problems of new peasants,illustrates the problems faced by the peasants in development,and then expounds the latest theoretical achievements on the problems of peasants in the theories of peasants' interests in Marxism,the theory of subjectivity in Marxism and the process of sinicization of Marxism.The third chapter firstly defines the concept of the new peasants through the comparison between the traditional peasants and the new peasants,and points out the characteristics that the new peasants should have and that the new peasants should include the natural peasants and the agricultural production and operation organizations.Then,it classifies peasants according to the development degree of organization.The fourth chapter analyzes the typical cases of different types of new peasants in Donggang District of Ri Zhao City,and points out the problems in the training and development of new peasants.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the above chapters,puts forward some feasible measures and suggestions for the training and development of new peasants on key problems from different aspects.
