Village-level organizations of party is fighting bastion in the rural grass-roots organizations and bridge of the party's ties with the masses .It shoulds sacred mission of organizing, establishes the image and unites people. Particularly, it plays irreplaceable role in the integration of resources, gathers strength, resolves conflicts and achieves long-term stability.
