In a wide range of social background, the government and the market response to the changing needs of social reality. Although government make great efforts to provide products to the public, but it's difficult to hit every field of society. Profit organizations pursuit economic interests to maximize. Even if profit organizations have a certain concept of social service, it is difficult to overcome their own desires of the interests. It is also difficult for them to bear the heavy social responsibility of welfare services. Therefore, the emergence of non-profit organizations, to a certain extent, alternative the Government and the profit organization functions; transfer, reduce and digest functions of government and the profit organizations. Because non-profit organizations can solve many social problems, and can maintain social stability and harmonious development.However, at present, China's non-profit organizations restrict by the development of the external environment and internal governance level .It accesses to organizational resources poor, leads many non-profit organizations decline and fall. On the one hand, non-profit organizations can leave the internal control structure of the external environment and exist in isolation system. It depends on the good environmental management to ensure their body healthy. Hence it is need to adapt the changes in the external environment in different stages of development. On the other hand there is a close relationship between social resources of non-profit organizations and the reasonable internal control structure itself. The internal control structure and organization function impact directly on the governance of non-profit organizations. It determines the resources channel smooth.The point of this paper is resources dependency theory. It discusses the relationship between the external environment and internal control structure. It also analyzes the ability to obtain resources. The focus of the study with three different types of non-profit organization cases is to analyze the existing condition. And the focus is also how non-profit organizations adapt the external environment and how adjust its internal control structure and access to resources effectively. The structure of the chapter is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the background issue, the significance of the study, research methods and case presentations. In the previous, it has been combed the research results on the basis of specific study. And it also has proposed the specific research structures. It relies on the theory of resources dependency and analyzes the three different types of non-profit organizations'management structures. It focuses on the dynamic role of management structure to resources acquisition. And also compares three types (top-down, bottom-up, religious background) non-profit organization'governance structure; and compare the different ways of them to access to resources.The second chapter the paper is to introduce the major theoretical tools——resource dependency theory. The main idea is in a bid to clear the relation between the external environment and internal management structure. In the end of the chapter, writer tries to seek the governance framework of getting resources.On the basis of the framework, Chapter III will focus on the driving role of the various non-profit organizations'governance structure in getting core resources. Of course, it also included related the relationship between non-profit organizations with various stakeholders.Based on the analysis of Chapter II and III, writer put forward its own research founds. It includes the relation of the external environment, governance structure and resources getting.In short, this study on the basis of the scientific research methodology and reasonable framework, depth discusses the relationship between external environment, internal management structure and the methods of getting resources. It emphasizes on contributions of the internal governance structure to the resources getting. It is a preliminary study for virtuous cycle of resources getting.
