Our Government Execution And Enhance Thinking

Executive ability of government is a new concept. It is different from the traditional administrative execution, and also different from the government's ability in central government's document. Executive ability of government is an important guarantee to improve administrative defficiency. However, the problem of execution, such as the existence of a weak awareness of issues , is resolutely serious impact on the Government to implement the policy, decision-making, reduce administrative efficiency. Therefore, I believe that it is significant to study the problems of executive ability of government , analyze the reasons and corresponde countermeasures.This paper define the concept of executive ability of government , and point out the existing problems first. Then it analyze the reasons from four factors that is people of government, system of government, interests of the government and governmental culture. Ultimately the corresponding countermeasures is proposed. The major use is behavior analysis methods, analytical methods and benefit analysis approach.There are tow piceses of innovation in this paper. First ,executive ability of government is researched as a new concept . Second, the system theory is used.
