Urban Floating Population Of Crime Act Sociological Research

The problem of Crime committed by city transient population is one of the vital social problems in recent China's modernization that hinders the development of China. This study attempts to find the reasons of such problem by analyzing the statistics of crime status quo of transient population in Guiyang quantitatively and qualitatively from the angle of sociology of law.This study focuses on finding the deep reasons of such kind of crime from social vulnerable groups' status and city management,trying to find the approaches to decrease this kind of crime by formulating proper social policy and law.This study is characterized by the following points:Ⅰ.The subject is chosen to study from the angle of sociology of law instead of traditional category.Ⅱ.This study defines the concept of urban transient population as peasant employee groups,which helps to find the important social factors by analyzing social vulnerable groups' disadvantaged status.Ⅲ.The study is sociology study of law on urbanization that results in problems of transient population and crime status quo of transient population in city.The study can be divided into six parts as following:...
